A-Kid, also known as Carlos Ruiz, is a Spanish pro wrestler who was born on May 9, 1997. He is better known by his ring moniker. He is presently under contract with WWE and appears on NXT under the ring name Axiom. He has also competed in NXT UK, where he won the very first NXT UK Heritage Cup. He has also appeared in NXT Japan.  In the past, he has performed on the independent circuits in both the United States and Europe, most notably for Professional Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Progress Wrestling, Chikara, Defiant Wrestling, and White Wolf Wrestling (Triple W).
