Prior to his breakout in 2013 as a solo artist, German pop singer Adel Tawil had an established career. Tawil, who was born on August 15, 1978, in Berlin, Germany, sprang to prominence in the 1990s as a member of the boy band the Boyz. Tawil and his best friend Florian Fischer were discovered at a talent event and hired by producer Triple-M, who released their first album in 1996.
