Anah Giovanna Puente was born in Mexico City, Mexico, on May 14, 1983, to Enrique Puente, a Spaniard, and Tysha Portilla, a Mexican. Marcelo Puente (born 1978), her older sister, and Diana Puente, her older half-sister from her father’s previous marriage. Anah battled anorexia throughout the filming of Primer Amor. At her heaviest, she weighed roughly 75 pounds (34 kg).
