During the current season of the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, Brown can be seen behind the wheel of the Matco Tools Top Fuel dragster, fielded by Don Schumacher Racing. He was born in Chesterfield, New Jersey, on March 1, 1976. Chesterfield had a population of 7,699 in the most recent US Census in 2010. His dad, Albert, had a septic tank business and raced at the sportsman level in drag racing. In fact, he spent the first six years of his life in Trenton, New Jersey.
