American race car racer Austin Louis Cindric was born on September 2, 1998. He is a regular in the NASCAR Cup Series, where he drives the No. 2 Ford Mustang for Team Penske. In North Carolina, Cindric got his start as a semi-professional race car driver in the legends car and Bandolero classes. He entered the U.S. F2000 National Championship in 2013 and 2014 after gaining expertise in road racing at the Skip Barber Racing School.
