Enrique Gil Bio

Barbara Anne Bacay and Enrique  Gil III welcomed their son into the world on March 30, 1992 in Cebu City, Philippines. Gil was born to them. As a result of the fact that his mother is of Filipino, German, and Spanish lineage, as well as the fact that his father was Spanish, he is of mixed descent. His father lost his battle with cancer in the year 2008. He is the middle child out of the three little ones. His siblings are Enrique Javier, also known as “Javi,” who is his elder brother, and Diandra Frances, who is his younger sister (Andie). His mother and father both worked for “Philippine Airlines” as flight attendants.

After completing his primary education at the Montessori de Manila at the BF Executive Village in Las Pias, he continued his studies at the Manresa School in Paranaque. After graduating from high school in 2008, Gil pursued a degree in computer technology at ‘San Beda College,’ which is located in Alabang. However, in order to follow his ambition of becoming an actor, he dropped out of school. He is connected to Paul Salas and Dingdong Dantes, both of whom are performers from the Philippines. Gil is presently enrolled in the Pearson HND Program for Business Management, which will assist him in obtaining a top-up degree from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom. This is in addition to the rigorous nature of his current career.

In the summer of 2008, Gil became a member of “Trumpets,” which is a centre that offers courses in commercial modelling and musical theatre. At first, he was required to act as a model in various advertisements that were shown on television. His ad for “Lewis & Pearl’s” with the actress Coleen Garcia garnered a lot of attention from viewers. Additionally, he appeared in an episode of the drama series “I Love Betty La Fee” playing the role of one of the eco-models. The “ABS-CBN” channel provided him with the opportunity to take part in the seminars that it was hosting. Later on, he was offered the role of “Harold” in the ABS-CBN action-drama series “Pieta,” which he accepted.

Around this time, Gil’s mother persuaded him to go to an audition for the comedy “George and Cecil,” and as a result, he was chosen to star in the programme. Later on, he appeared in the indie film “Pitas” as the role of Kristel Moreno’s brother. Following that, in 2010, he was a cast member in the war film “Diego and His Brothers.” Gil was a member of the “Gigger Boys,” a group of dancers from “Star Magic,” and he appeared on the famous television musical show ASAP, which was broadcast on the channel “ABS-CBN” (All-star Sunday Afternoon Party).
