Laurence Dunmore Biography:

Hello, friends! Are you a follower of Laurence Dunmore? Would you like to know about his personal or professional life?

If yes, so you came to the right place. We have shared his fanmail above. This article will give you all the information you need about Laurence Dunmore.

Filmmaker and graphic designer Laurence Dunmore’s first significant project together was the 2005 British adaptation of The Libertine. Ads he has directed for AT&T, BMW, ING, and Turkish Airlines, among others, have landed him a membership in Ridley Scott Partners. Dunmore got his start in the field as a graphic designer, having studied under Brian Grimbley and Anthoney Froshaug at the London College of Printing (now London College of Communication) on the now-defunct Media and Production Design Degree (and also as Chairman of the Student Union in 1984). When Howard Brown became a partner at Pentagram Design in 1987, he left the course before it was through to begin working with clients including Richard Curtis (via Faber & Faber), Goldcrest Pictures, and the Post Office. Dunmore began his career as a record cover designer in 1988, when he launched Laurence Dunmore Design. His clients included Enya (Watermark) and The Jeremy Days.

Shortly after, Dunmore launched a production firm called The Oil Factory to focus on making music videos. Dunmore downsized his design company so he could devote more time to his film and media career, which led him to Ridley Scott Partners in 1997. His design firm fostered the careers of several designers, some of whom now run successful firms of their own, such as MetaDesign London and Struktur Design, among others.

“I’m a British filmmaker, I’m intended to do a gangster picture as my debut movie,” Dunmore was quoted as saying in a BBC interview.
