Saccomanno is the youngest of four siblings. He was born and reared in Westchester County, New York. She has ancestry from both Italy and Ireland. Saccomanno studied and performed dance at Yorktown High School. After that, she attended Iona University for her bachelor’s degree, where she focused on speech pathology. The World Bodybuilding Fitness & Fashion Show in Boston was her first fitness competition, and she won first place. She won the World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Bikini Championship for 2014.
