In the NTT IndyCar Series, Romain David Jeremie Grosjean ( born 17 April 1986) drives the No. 28 Honda for Andretti Autosport under the French flag. Grosjean raced in Formula One for nine complete seasons before joining Lotus, where he won 10 podium finishes.  Upon entering the Renault young driver program, he immediately became the 2005 French Formula Renault champion. In 2007, he won the drivers’ title in Formula 3 Euro Series. When he initially started racing in GP2 in 2008, he finished fourth, but he quickly rose to the top and became the first ever GP2 Asia Series champion. After missing the last eight races of GP2, he nevertheless managed to finish fourth overall and make his Formula One debut with Renault in the 2009 European Grand Prix.

Following his release from Renault, he competed in junior formulae, where he won the 2010 Auto GP championship in his first year of competition and the 2011 GP2 Asia Series and GP2 Series, making history as the first and, as of 2021, only two-time GP2 Asia champion and the only driver to hold both the GP2 Asia series and main GP2 series titles at the same time.
