Thierry Boutsen is a Belgian ex-Formula One racing driver who raced from 1983 to 1993. While at Williams, Boutsen won three races. To follow up his victory in the “Volant V” at the André Pilette Racing School in Zolder in 1977, Boutsen competed in the 1978 Belgian Formula Ford 1600 championship, where he went on to win 15 of 18 races. In addition, he participated the 1978 Spa 24 Hours event, the last auto race held on the historic 14 km (8.7 mi) Spa-Francorchamps circuit, in a Toyota Trueno.

Boutsen now operates Boutsen Aviation out of Monaco under his own name. Its official name is “Sale & Acquisition of Business Jets,” and that is what it does for a living.
