Todd Alan Kluever is a stock car racing driver from the United States. He was born on July 6, 1978, and his full name is Todd Alan Kluever. During the 2000s, he competed in all three of NASCAR’s most prestigious series. After racing bikes for more than nine years to start his career, Kluever transitioned into full-bodied stock cars at a small track. Kluever won his first race in full-bodied stock cars. During the summers in Wisconsin, he raced stock cars, and during the winters in Wisconsin, he raced snowmobiles. At the Wisconsin track known as Dells Motor Speedway, Kluever won the Rookie of the Year award in the year 2000. In the year 2001, he was awarded the title of Late Model Track Champion at Madison International Speedway, as well as the Midwest All Racing Series (MARS) Championship and Rookie of the Year awards. In 2002, he made his debut in the American Speed Association and went on to finish tenth in the organization’s overall points standings.


In the final points standings for 2003, he finished in eighth place. In 2004, he competed in 13 races but only finished in the top 10 four times; however, the series folded halfway through the season.
