Florida’s Complex Sports League The Phillies are a Rookie-level Minor League Baseball team representing the Philadelphia Phillies in the Florida Complex League. It was once known as the Gulf Coast League Phillies. Carpenter Complex in Clearwater, Florida is where the team’s home games are held.
