Singer Jessica Danielle Andrews was born in the United States on December 29, 1983. She debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts with the song “I Will Be There for You” from her first album Heart Shaped World, which was released in 1999 on DreamWorks Records Nashville when she was only 15 years old. Andrews’s greatest hit was 2001’s “Who I Am,” the title single from her second studio album and a No. 1 country smash that went gold in the United States. Now, their third album was released in 2003 to disappointing sales, and their fourth album, tentatively named Ain’t That Life, was never published owing to the bankruptcy of DreamWorks.

Andrews was signed to Lyric Street Records subsidiary Carolwood Records in the latter half of 2008, however, the company dismissed her in 2009 without releasing an album. Andrews’ parents, Jessie and Vicki Andrews gave birth to him in Huntingdon, Tennessee. At the age of seven, she had surgery because a bone was pressing on her spinal cord. Her chances of walking away from it without paralysis were about the same as they were of being paralyzed. Andrews first realized that singing was her true calling when she was in the fourth school.
