Esteban Manuel Gutiérrez Gutiérrez (born 5 August 1991) is a Mexican racing driver presently representing Mercedes in Formula One Development driver and Inter Europol Competition in World Endurance Championship. Previously from 2013 to 2014, Gutiérrez drove for the Sauber Formula One team but lost his drive at the conclusion of the 2014 season. In 2015, he became Ferrari’s test and reserve driver. In 2016, Gutiérrez participated in Formula One with the Haas F1 Team. With his 2008 victory in Formula BMW Europe, then-17-year-old Gutiérrez made history as the youngest driver from Mexico to win an International Championship. He also won the first GP3 season in 2010. In 2012, he made history by finishing in the top three in the GP2 parent series with the Lotus GP team, becoming the first driver to do so after graduating from GP3.

In 2005, he again participated in the Mexican Rotax Max Challenge, and also raced in the Grand Nationals in South Bend, Indiana, where he placed third, which secured him a ticket in the World Finals in Malaysia, where he ended 22nd due to technical issues. In 2006, Esteban competed in and won all five races in the Mexican Rotax Max Challenge and the Camkart Challenge Mexico. He also finished 4th in the Mexican Grand Nationals in Zacatecas, Mexico.
